REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received by email at Support@KWKC.org.

Refunds will be based on when your cancellation is received:

  • Cancellations received (1) day or more prior to the event start date are refundable, less a twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee.
  • Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact KWKC prior to the end of the Event, automatically forfeit all registration fees paid. Such fee is also applicable to any registration add-ons, including but not limited to reserved seats or social passes. Any cancellations made the day of or after the Event start date are non-refundable; however, they may (at KWKC’s discretion) be transferable to another individual, in the event you find someone to attend the original Event in your place.
  • In lieu of canceling, you can transfer your registration to another person at any time, without penalty. Simply e-mail Support@kwkc.org, and include your name, confirmation number, as well as the name and contact information of the person that will be replacing you.
  • Cancellations and No-Shows due to extraordinary circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

KWKC reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time without issuing a refund. In the event KWKC discovers information that raises concerns regarding any attendee or if KWKC determines that an attendee’s actions are unacceptable or not in keeping with KWKC’s public image, values and culture, then KWKC in its sole discretion may cancel the registration without issuing a refund.
